Account Banned

Hello ,i need some help i just got banned all my accounts..for an idiot reasone, is there any way to lets me acces my acount ..even for some minutes just temporary ?
2 lv 75 and one 78 account :| lots of items..batle +9 is sick ...Spirit Stones about 35 lv 65 armour /65 and 70 daggers all +9...shields +9 and many many others.... a fu*kin GM ruined all :|

they found in my log that i pick-up 2 items at the same time

the log look something like this : get: "item" 21:20:19
get: "item" 21:20:19
they said is not possible and ban me....

i know you cant support but i was thinking if is any way to pass the sistem just for some minutes so i can log and move my items.... the lv is not a problem i can make it again 75 but i need that items...is sick

Exactly that does not work, I am sorry.

Ask them why that isn't possible to pick up 2 items in the same time and tell them that you didn't use a hack or so.

they are just idiots ....that account are metin2 RO ,i say again RO ,lol .....so guess what ..my acc are and will be BANNED ...Ro staff is annoying just idiots there...they do bossy all the time..we spend real money for that accounts and they are ....just *****,is something named abusiv position,they are the *** on the earth and no one care about others...
