[How To] Solo Beran-setaou

Killing Beran-Setaou without poly

Intro
I saw that there were a lot of people that did not know how to kill beran-setaou solo
and that the persons who could kill him, did not want to share how to kill him.
I hope I can help most of you that struggled with killing him with this short but accurate How-to.

What do you need?

Body warrior or weap sura
or

P or G skill buffer


20/21k hp

The pig mount with 20% mob


around 45% lightning ress (max = 69%)

Titan shield +9 helps, but you don't need it to do it, at least I didn't


Pet with 15% Dmg


Ring or amulet with 30% dmg


Lots and lots of Young-water


Blackout on items or fireworks is advised.


All other potions advised to



Where can you get lightning ress on as an added bonus?
Armor 15%
Helmet 15%
Brace 15%


Where can you get lightning ress on as a standard bonus?
Neccy (lvl 8 )


Shoes (lvl 17)



What do you do?

1: Lure all mobs away from the metins (don't be an idiot and poison dragon to soon when your luring)
2: Break all metins that where there first
3:Break all the new metins until there are 4 metins of revenge



4: Lure all mobs to A (B is your spawnspot)
5: Lure Dragon to D, this way mobs won't attack you while killing dragon
6: Your good to go

lightning ress dont help at the BEran-Setaou, you can test it if u want, but believe, it has no effect.

It has effect,I've tried it today and thanks for the Tutorial.

well....as soon as you take a buffer with you - it is not solo any more. solo means alone, no buffer, no other people in the room.

da gewünscht, erkläre ich euch kurz wie getestet wurde. Vorab bedenkt, dass wir die DMG-Berechnungen auf unserem Server sehen und genau unterscheiden können welcher DMG von welchem Monster kommt und wie viel. Das ist euch leider auf dem Live-Server nicht möglich, daher kann es sein das ihr den DMG von den Setaou-Anführern als den DMG vom Drachen verwechselt.

Kurze Zusammenstellung meines Charakters:
Klasse: Krieger
Level: 100
STR: 90
INT: 16
DEX: 90
VIT: 90

Als Referenz-Item wurde ein Geistermaskenschaller+9 genommen, einmal mit Blitzwiderstand (15%) und einmal natürlich ohne den Bonus. Nun musste der Drache seinen Job erledigen, wobei nur der Fertigkeitsschaden von ihm gefiltert und notiert wurde. Folgende Werte kamen dabei zusammen:

8.735 Blank/Nakig (sucht euch was aus )
7.814 mit Geistermaskenschaller+9 ohne Blitzwiderstand
7.354 mit Geistermaskenschaller+9 und 15% Blitzwiderstand

Bei allen Werten handelt es sich natürlich um Mittelwerte, jedoch zeigen diese ganz eindeutig das der Schaden verringert wird.

Wasu ja, aber ninja ist zu schwer, macht glaube ich nicht ausreichend Schaden.
