Hi,
nene, wegen Pw Weitergabe wird man nicht gebannt. 
"Suspension further investigation" heißt gebannt wegen weiterer Untersuchungen, also es scheint jemand irgendetwas über deinen Acc gemeldet zu haben, also entweder, dass er geklaut ist, oder ähnliches. Am besten du kontaktierst mal den Support via Email und fragst, was genau vorliegt.

Nein, du verstehst das falsch. Erstmal keine Sorge, es wird 100% keine Polizei vor deiner Tür erscheinen oder ähnliches. 
Sg unterscheidet sich von GammelDE Servern insbesondere darin, dass Scammen und Betrügen und Co verboten ist, also Scammer werden permagebannt. Natürlich ist es manchmal schwer zu unterscheiden, wer hat wen gescammt, wer war ehrlich usw., deshalb bannen die den Account, bis das klar gestellt ist.
Am besten du schreibst eine Email an  und fragst, was los ist. (auf Englisch muss du das allerdings machen) Evtl. bist du ja zu Unrecht gebannt.
