I Boosted 2 friends of mine from bronze 5 to silver 5 in 3 day will i get banned ??

well since that fuking news about incoming bans for elo boosted and boosters i am realy worried , how can i get spotted by them like can they chek our private messages or something like that, cause that's violating our privacy and btw he lives in france i live in algeria and i didnt use vpn and some times he log's out i log in imedatly ?? can some one make it more clear for me
