lower rates = server is more competitive and stable ... best option is to decrease drop rates and selling items to npc to 1 gold i don't agree cuz every server right now has low rates...

After testing some PvPs I think you should: 1) Reduce force debuff to 45% 2) Reduce Evasion and Accuracy scrolls to be 30%, 100% is way too much 3) Definitely you must nerf vigors. 1...

And do new players need to lvl with sp gap? cuz 800k is nothing 800k will get you to lvl 100 on most builds (especially with a chinese char), but it wont get you to being fully farm...
