When asking for help, remain calm and ignore whoever you don't like (you can even block a user if you don't like him or whatever's your problem).
Also, please use the search function before posting, more than once, with various tags and terms, I'm sure that you are not the only one with these types of problems. Try searching for at lease 15 minutes of your time before posting a thread.
