Yes. Actually we initially thought steam was the only platform, so we released only with steam support. But thanks for bringing that to our attention, we'll make it work regardless of steam on the next update. (Steam is better though..)

Absolutely love this cheat, a clear 10/10. The devs know what they are doing. I have 0 FPS impact and the cheat works even in fullscreen, contrary to all the others out there.
It has a lot of options to customise the aimbot and make it look very legit. Highly recommend this if you are a high ladder player and are looking to play legit and keep under the radar, however if you want to rage cheat it also offers the best options for that.
The support is outstanding as well, any questions or issues you have will be resolved quickly and in a friendly, professional manner.
Thank you for this product and the experience it creates.

How is the smoothing or snapping for the aimbot, Obvious? I'm not looking to rage. Controller Supported?

The humanizer option in the menu is highly configurable for legit play.
Update:
Added squirrel girl flyhack.
Added rapid-fire.

Is it possible to set the aiming position in psilent? Can it be adjusted to target the chest area (to make it less obvious)?
Additionally, can the hit probability be adjusted to high, medium, low, or set as a percentage?

Yes, it is the same launcher. There is support for binding cheat features to a controller.

Yes, the aiming position is adjustable for any aim type (angle or perfect silent). Hit probability is coming in the next update, but you can currently override the aiming position using hot-keys.
