Although I'm not EXACTLY sure if this is virus-free or not (I haven't tested it out) I have seen it used, and it's definitely efficient. o_o I've only seen it at Master Chronos, though.

I STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT USE THIS.
Reasons? I run the program and it lags my computer to 10x slower than normal (Compare it to running a Maplestory, AVA, and Grand Chase all at once)
