how to block a user from pming

since some ppl find the need to spam my pm here about bans on my pserver.
how can i block them from pming me without completely disabling the PM system?

also is it possible to get vip using paypal? im not fond of the payment options epvp offers me atm

I thought it would go if you block/ignore the User´s. I hope for you that it works.
