can i sell my elitepvpers account?

hi all, i have one question and i hope some staff can help me out with y doubts

i have one old elitepvpers forum account (2007), i almost never use it, the reason why i abandoned that account is because i dont like the name of it, i remember that i asked here on forum if i can change the name of it, they told me that if i pay i can change the name..

so i would like to know if i can sell that account?

Second: To sell an Epvp Account isn't allowed

Fourth: Back in 2007 you can change your name by write a private message to an admin with your new name
