Searching 2 Team Members for a new project.
Hallo an alle erstmal.
Manchen ist der Begriff Silkroad unbekannt.
Silkroad Online ist ein MMORPG von der Firma Joymax.
Es gibt viele Privatserver davon, das Spiel ähnelt sehr WoW (World of Warcraft).
Nun,
wir haben einen Privatserver eröffnet sind aber leider gescheitert,
auch aus privaten Problemen der Leute die im Team waren.
Wir
möchten bis spätestens Ende Juli (2012) einen neuen SRO Privatserver
online setzen und jetzt kommts weshalb ich den Thread eröffne: 2
TeamMembern.
Natürlich nicht irgendwelche Leute, ich erkläre hier was ihr können solltet / müsst, und was dabei rausspringt.
Professionelle Hilfe ist gefragt.
Am besten ihr habt Silkroad schoneinmal gespielt.
Ihr seid über 16 Jahre alt.
Wir suchen 2 Leute:
1.
Jemand der für die spätere komplette Website zuständig ist, sie aufsetzt, codiert und und und. (PHP, HTML)
2.
Jemand
der Silkroad gespielt hat / spielt immernoch, und sich mit: MySQL, SQL,
auskennt und dem Stored Productions ein Begriff ist. Er / Sie sollte
u.a. auch Scripte schreiben können.
Denkt nicht dass hier
15-Jährige Kinder am Werke sind, denn wir möchten hier professionelle
Arbeit und einen guten Server online stellen können.
Wem Silkroad ein Begriff ist, die beiden gesuchten Team Mitglieder, werden auch GMs (Game Master) ingame und im Forum etc.
Ihr denkt: Wieso sollte ich hier arbeit machen? Für nichts?
- Nunja, nichts ist übertrieben
Es gab / gibt noch einen Privat server namens DuckRoad, die haben mit 1000 Leuten im Monat 9000 Flocken (€, Euro) verdient.
Am Ende bevor der Server schloss waren um die 1500 Spieler drauf.
Auf PantuSRO sind aktuell 4000 Spieler am spielen.
Ihr könnt euch sicherlich ausrechnen was das auch an Verdienst bedeuted.
Wir sind dann am Ende 5 GMs und es gibt 2 HGMs (Head GMs, Cheffchen^^).
Beispiel:
Verdienst 10 000 € / Monat
HGM Nr. 1 = 3 500 € / Monat
HGM Nr. 2 = 3 500 € / Monat
= 7 000 € / Monat.
Bleiben noch 3 000 €.
Wir
haben einen der Media.pk2 files perfekt editiert, die 3 000 Euro werden
dann unter den 3 GMs aufgeteilt. (Nicht nach arbeit, 2. Bsp.: Der eine
hat die Website gemacht, verdient jetzt nichts mehr > Falsch! <.
Sollten wir euch im Team aufnehmen und der Server laufen, seid ihr nicht
vertragsmäßig an uns gebunden, könnt natürlich immer aufhören, aber
werdet nicht rausgeschmissen oder so.
Da kann man dann schonmal 1000 euro im Monat verdienen.
Klar denken manche jetzt super die verarschen uns, aber dann braucht ihr euch hier nicht bewerben.
Wie gesagt, seriöse Leute, ehrliche Leute und vorallem zuverlässige Leute.

There was / is still a private server named DuckRoad, which have earned by 1000 people a month 9000 Flakes (€, Euros).
At the end before the server was closed on it were around 1500 Players.
PantuSRO has actually 4000 Players.
So every1 is able to calculate how much we could earn if it works fine..
We are then at the end five GMs and there are 2 HGMS (Head GMs.. Boss^^).
Example:
Earning € 10,000 / month
HGM No. 1 = 3 500 € / month
HGM No. 2 = 3 500 € / month
= 7 000 € / month.
That leaves € 3,000.
We have a perfect media.pk2 editor.
The 3 000 € will divided among the three GMs. (Not to labor, 2nd example: The one who is working with our website has finished his work and earns nothing anymore: > Wrong! <.
If we receive you as a teammate and run the server, you are not
bound contractually represented to us, of course you can leave, but you
will not be kicked out or something.
Because then you can earn sometimes 1000 € per month.
Sure, some guys will think now: It's crap, I don't believe in it at all, but then please don't apply for the team.
As I said, serious people, honest people, and above all reliable people.
