Was it replaced by a text like "Signature rule violation"?
If so, you should probably just show us what was inside that spoiler. If you do this, we can tell you more about what was actually wrong with it.

I guess it was an offensive signature or just one with not allowed parameters. Please read the board rules to ensure, that you can avoid any infractions for not allowed signatures.

Another Possibility is that is was against the rules of the hoster you have used ;-)
Or you simply deleted it by yourself but yo do not remember :P
