How to make Elf Lag Fix Mod in R114

Uh......I'm a chinese mabier,i just got know here and got interest in Elf Lag Fix Mod..I read about the process in

but i stopped in step 6 ...i don't understand "skipping all the lines inbetween it. Right click the area, press View Executable file, right click again and press "View in CPU Dump", or something similar to that. Proceed to change to a JMP"......could someone give me something DETAILED and eazily to understand

if the Standard.dll in R114 have sth big changed,must tell me

It's disabling the moving aim for elves. Aldeel's method simply makes every jump into a jmp from the First Iselfchar, to the ending iselfchar comparison.

This was intended for elves to hold their bows up right again, similar to humans. Although it does that, it takes away your ability to shoot while running. Sure, there's 99% no missing. Just aim before you shoot.

so,could it possiblie in R114 to make elf 99% no miss?Is the modification(R114) process has something different between the former version....I don't care whether i can aim while moving....i just want to let my hit rate as high as possible ......

*** shot has been patched on CHN server before this mod got leaked on NA....It's around end of G9 or beginning of G10,in Modding forum of YY,someone has mention it....But that post is not easy to find now~~
