i believe (but i haven't verified this) that WTFast just has a bunch of servers set up all over the world which point to eachother, limiting your connection to using just those. it would be why you'd normally have to pay for it.

MTU is already enabled..... -.-......... You're probably just so fast that lowering your MTU wont have any effect anymore.
