u need to find a red packet (packet of u doing something) first
red=send
blue=recieve

I found the red Packet What do i do now? and the place where the "Allisa Send button" is supposed to be is Blank.

if u found the red packet u should see Alissa send
and basically u look at the 1st post for the answer to the 2nd question
u can get ur id by targetting urself with a skill
