Also, one of the biggest posters here ONYX had posted that they had bans themselves selling handfarmed gold. So there's no claim that hand farmed gold is safe if that is the case. Isn't it just better to get gold on a mule if somebody thinks hand farmed is unsafe/risky and then buy mats with that gold to send to main. If the gold is legit then the mule is fine and by default the main should also be fine.
Am I being trolled here? Would like to get multiple opinions from people who are RMTing huge amounts.

Hello good day bro.
Everyone here speaks from their experience as sellers or buyers. There is no absolute truth for buying or selling gold. The information we are offering comes from our own experiences and our research in the different Lost Ark forums.
Hand-farmed gold is the safest. But that does not mean that you are totally undetectable. In September 2024 was the most important case where they really for the first time began to ban Buyers and Sellers who used hand-farmed gold.
I have been selling gold for a long time and I can assure you that this is the first time they found so many players who traded hand-farmed gold.
All buyers and sellers must understand that in all games where gold is bought and sold to other players for real money is a totally bannable activity. Because it is established within the policies and conditions of all games.
What makes this activity continue to exist is that buying gold from others is cheaper than buying gold directly from the official game store. Sellers and buyers look for the "safest" methods to be able to offer this service. But they are illegal methods if they detect you.
The probability of bans in Lost Ark for selling hand-farmed gold is very low compared to other games if you know how to do it well and discreetly.
Using email, face to face, materials or buying gold directly from bots. In my experience and in everything I have read these years it turns out to have a very high probability of being banned. On the other hand, buying or selling hand-farmed gold from good accounts of real players is much safer.
I put it this way, I have managed a team of sellers in their highest demand of 70 sellers, we have sold more than 500M gold in almost 3 years and they were only able to detect 12 players and 3 buyers in a month that was very difficult for the entire RMT community of the game. It was not even just against my team, the entire community was affected in September... some were not detected and remain undefeated.
But in practice, hand-farmed gold is always going to be the safest option. When you see them doing frequent ban waves where more real players keep falling, you could say that this game would become complicated to sell gold as a real player.

It's been 4 months now and I'm looking to RMT again and in huge quantities to catch up with my static who've been RMTing like crazy and pushing to 1700+ alts and +25 weapon on main. Are any of these methods I'm thinking of doing this have a high chance to keep my account safe:
1. Buy p2p hand farmed gold from trusted sellers (I know a few) directly
2. Buy hand farmed hold from trusted sellers on an alt account -> buy mats -> mail mats to main
3. Buy botted gold on mules -> buy mats -> mail mats to main
I was thinking choice 2 to keep my account safe but idk if AGS has changed their detection and started checking items too.....I've heard 1 is also risky due to low player count. I would only use 1 or 3 if I'm desperate and need the gold but I don't mind swiping gold from RC if it's a small quantity. Need advice that keeps my account the safest.

Now you present these options.
Of all of them, I will continue to give my opinion: Hand-farmed gold from high roster accounts and, if possible, from players who can trade ancient t4 items or t4 relics at least.
What seller currently does not use t4 accessories to sell? If that seller cannot use t4 accessories to sell, his account simply does not have characters +1640 and you must be careful because it can be looted gold.
I have buyers who demand that I use ancient t4 accessories. Because they want to have the maximum possible security. And this way they really check that in my team there are players with characters +1680.
Even so, if you get a seller with characters +1680, there is a risk that you and the buyer will be banned. And not because you did something wrong. Simply this is a prohibited and bannable activity. And if Lost Ark decides they need to do a ban wave to clean up RMT's gold like they did for the first time in September 2024. Well, there's nothing to do.
If you want to be a whale and this is my recommendation for the whales I've collaborated with over the years.
1. Look for sellers with optimal accounts. In the current content of the game, preferably they have +1680 characters and use t4 ancient items to sell you the gold through the auction. Or at least they have all their characters +1640 and a decently high roster.
2. Then make partial purchases between weeks. And divide the large amounts into several items.
3. Yes or yes. You as a buyer and your sellers must invest in the game store by buying Battle Passes, Skins, Etc.
4. Any method that involves revealing your character's name. Consider yourself banned. I've seen and read about a lot more people getting banned for using email, face to face, or mule accounts. I've never read about a player getting banned for selling hand-farmed gold through the auction, except for the big ban wave in September 2024, but that was a very particular case. (Note: With high rarity and quality items and gold from good accounts). Because you can buy gold at the auction, but if you use gems, t1 t2 t3 items, forget about them, those items have no value. You can't compare making a purchase of, for example, 1M with 5 ancient t4 accessories for 200K each to 5 t1 t2 or t3 accessories for 200K each. Items lower than t4 have no value at auction.
