Are there any bans from Auction House RMT?

It seems like every report I’ve seen has been people that used mail. When going the Auction House route, can you still be banned?

I remember that last time I requested my data from Amazon the only mails in the data were the ones still in my account, so it seems like they do delete those from the account when you delete them, there is law protecting private data in EUROPE, but AH is public data and stays there for a while and easy to track down, I remember several ban waves before hitting AH only people, this was before the Carries started and gem market was flooded, but still. I have been doing mail only on an alt account and I buy mats/items and send to main account to be safe.

Also if the vendor can't do MAIL and request to AH trade, that could means he is using a non-trusted account to trade the gold and that can be a red flag as well.
