Actually when I began building my server, its rate was 10.000x. But I have to tell you that with that rate, it will be boring when everyone are easy to have whatever they need. Not good.
So, now, our server's rate is 100x. I think thats enough. Do you want to try it ? We will open in July 29, and will be fair for everyone. I means I will reset server at that time.

a little about server:
it is very friendly team. server is on final gracia, but gm traying to repair it form helbound, after that they will move forvard.

it is mid rate server: EXP x100, SP x100, Adena x100, Drop/Spoil x50. it dont mean, that if you kil monster you get 100 rings, its just chanse to get ring 100 time biger.

there are vitality system.
there work Common, Foundation, Masterwork items.
full work S80 (Dynasty ir Icarus) guns and armrors.
automatik TvT, CTF, DM events.
full working clans system, castles, forts seages, clan holls
Clan Oath / Apella / Improved Apella armors.

there you can find shop, where you can buy items till B gr, besides you can buy usual items posible to buy for aa o adena. there are more NPC's with they help you can obtain A gr armros and guns, and S gr guns. Items for geting a/s should be spoiled. the same as s/a shouts should be made.

There is buffer till 62 lvl.

No hieumaster8x i found a Server now! L2 Neptune you have at the Beginning A Grade 4 Free.. S Grade & Enchant Scrolls you must farm and Titanium Armor & Boss Jewels too thats great ^^ but not so much great PvP because the Server is 2 Days old!

Once more thing, our server is not 2 days old, because we will open at July 29. At that time, we will reset everything. Everyone must play again themself, because in testing time, we helped them lvl up and gave them some weapon, amor easily to test server. So, now, reset, and fair for everyone.
We are not corupted and dont give items to our second char/our friends, we need fair community. So ... its ok, its up to you ^^ thats your choice
