Could be outdated, don't know for sure.
also:
delete %appdata%/local/Riot Games/
delete C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config\
delete C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Logs\
go to C:\ProgramData\Riot Games\machine.cfg and change completely change the string inside to some random characters
