He's very squishy, have to go home after the 2nd buff. Sometimes even there isn't enough HP to take that. Not too strong at all. He doesn't have enough dmg. Can't see anything while burrowed and can easily walk into a death.
LoL XD You are kidding right? while burrowed you see everyone stepping so its hard op, second you go on 1 hydra than tanky and MAYBE a last whisper / maw of.. but if you fail so hard look up some guides!
You're using the wrong runes/masteries because when I play Rek'Sai jungle I can easily clear up the jungle objectives and still gank a lane before recalling back. Try to check out probuilds.net <---
I'll have to agree with the other posters here(except for Need1Link), please don't build hydra or last whisper on her.
You don't really need damage items as reksai other than maybe a hexdrinker if the enemy has either a lot of AP or an AP champion who is very strong/has snowballed.
You could also build black cleaver but it's a bit situational it does give you a huge amount of damage and a decent chunk of tankyness though.
If you have trouble staying healthy in the jungle you are probably either starting at wolves/wraithes, not smiting for krug/gromp buff or not using her burrow to regain health from the fury you built up.
