I did a job for a service, and I have clear evidence of the scam, although I'm not sure what to do at this point to get my payment. If I post on the thread with my evidence, I will receive a warning for scammer accusation.

If you didn't trade per elitepvpers like request a trade, PMs etc. elitepvpers can't and won't help you. You should've read the trading tipps which are pinned in the black market section.
