Yea they do that sometimes.
I contacted them some months ago when I bought a Skin who was on sale the next day and they gave me the differnce of 475 (?) RP back.
It has to be a short time span between the purchase and the sale tho.

er hat aber nicht von sale skins gesprochen, sondern ich glaube von skins, die ihm wegen RAF weggenommen wurden und die er jetzt wieder kaufen will

This won't happen. Riot does not support RaF Abuser and grants them 50% Price reduction...

Friend contact them about something minor and got banned for 3 months for "sharing account". Though "sharing" happened 1,5 years ago when he was playing from hotel in other country. So I would not recommend to contact the support in any case.

I doubt it would work. My girlfriend was gifted kitty cat Katarina back in October and it's the only skin she ever uses. It was taken from her last week because the gifter used referral rp to gift her. I messaged support asking if they could take the 975 rp from my account and give it back to her but they told me they don't allow it.
