Don't understand the s4 icon reward types

So I just saw a video announcing the 3 new types of ranked s4 icons.
There were 3 groups; solo, 3vs3 and 5vs5 does that mean you will get an additional icon if you have a ranked team? I know this was the case in s2 and 1 but not in s3. So for example if you have a gold team and you won 10 games in that team you will get an additional icon?

nope, you get the highest possible, if you have plat in 5vs5, gold in soloq and gold in 3vs3, you get the 5vs5 platin icon and nothing else

Source? I guess it's like in S2, u'll get in any queue the highest icon u reached.

lol why? That's the way they did it in s2 in s3 they were just too lazy to create different icons for the different queues.
