And show me please a random team with random guys which don't play over 2 Years LoL together which is in the LCS.

Right! There is not one.
They play always teamranked so LCS is Teamranked Based and not SoloQ so you can be Bronze 5 and you still can play Challenger in Teamranked win the CS and go to the LCS this doesn't matter anything because its TEAMGAME!

If you will make a kiting/stutter step guide too Im okay with that. I think I'm decent at ADC, but when it comes to kiting/stutter stepping someone I'm not that good, I just can't get used to that :\
