I tried selling it on turkey and Oceania and both guys had to get a refund because the code was already used on those servers.

PayPal is really simple man, set up with your bank account and transfer over no problem.

Unless you just want to do eBay? It's the same thing but the refund is just a hassle

Und wie mein Vorposter bereits gesagt hat, wenn die Codes nicht funktionieren (wie es dir der Verkäufer unlängst erklärt hat) musst du auch nichts bezahlen.
