It can vary, on buyers.

There are pretty much no account like this on the market, its what someone will pay not what its worth. Does it come w/ full recov info? How did you obtain it? These questions will play a huge part in the value of the account.

Yes. It comes with fully recov info. Im the OC of it and no punishment on it at all.
