The codes expired long time ago. All LPP codes expire within 30~45 days of their delivery, the only codes that are available right now are the Star Guardian Zoe ones and they expire on October 14th.
All you can do is wait for it to be available in the Essence Emporium and buy it for 10 000 BE.
