Beware of scam, paid for 5 net wins only got 4.

It took them 26 games to get 4 netwins in Gold Elo.

When I pointed this out to them despite the evidence I was told that they had no way to verify my publicly visible match history. Would not recommend for boosting experience or customer service.

Hello, you missed 1 win due to a bug in the system.

I went to sleep with my last message in the screenshots to you, when you sent us proof that you were missing the 1 win, I was already asleep and you proceeded to go out on the hunt for us & chargeback the money on paypal.

Note that the issue was caused by you not pausing your order while playing normal games in the first place.

When I woke up, I verified your proof, and gave you the missing netwin, but you haven't contacted us since.

Pump My Elo have done everything said above - would have been sorted the day after but I've been on holiday and have just seen their messages now.

i cant recommend this site at all. At first i bought 2 Netwins in G2 , not that high elo boost - should be a problem.

They literally needed 6 games, because we lost 4 to deliver 2 Netwins.

After a nice conversation with them i decided to buy another 4 netwins. After 3 wins there were 4 losses. now im -1 and all the solution the service provide is to cancel the order and refund.

i really cant recommend at all, not even close.

I'd like to add a few notes!

1. This was a duo order
2. The customer would go mad at boosters & ff games
3. There's always the option to convert order from duo to solo
4. It was the customer's second order- if you don't like it, why come back?

Although we have no excuse for not being able to carry the customer through, we just cannot satisfy everybody if they don't let us!
