EUW account, level 30, unranked (perfect for smurf) cheap!

I have recently levelled up my 1st account, so I expect it to go for a very cheap price xD I like doing it to improve at champions. You will have full access to the email account (created for the LoL account) or can change it beforehand.
It's on EUW and I just got level 30. It's unranked and never been used for ranked games.
It has 14220 BE, but if you sell all of the 19 skin shards, it will come to 24810 BE. The skin shards are for: Blitzcrank, Darius, Dr. Mundo, Gangplank, Gnar, Gragas, Hecarim, Janna, Lucian, 2 x Nunu & Willump, Rengar, Ryze, Shaco, Skarner, Twisted Fate, Udyr and 2 x Xin Zhao. The account has champions: Ahri, Brand, Caitlyn, Darius, Garen, Lux and Miss Fortune.
It has 5 skin shards too, which are: Acolyte Lee Sin, Pool Party Graves, Sanguine Garen, Sweeper Rammus and Traditional Lee Sin. Also, the ward skin shard Firecracker Ward and ward Dragonslayer Poro Ward.
It's currently honor 2, with 2 checkpoints. Mastery score 44. 2 keys, 1 key fragment and currently 95 Worlds 2018 Tokens.
