Buying paypal verification for 100e

I had 700 euro in paypal balance, but account got limited and they asked me for this:

I dont have those information they asked me, Hence, I ask anyone if he have to offer, I am available to pay 100 euros.

you do not have an id document with photo ?
you do not have an address where you are living or you used for registration ?

are you sure ? , because that would mean that you simply hacked someone else paypal account

p.s photo like in Rhelas avatar won't work :P

He probably needs verification cuz he scammed people - check comments on his Threads. Don't think he's getting those 700e.

I set up an appointment with him yesterday at 18pm to sell my account through WU for him after telling him I don't have PayPal. Next thing I know is that he has blocked me without any messages, seems like he can only scam people through PayPal and if he isn't able to he will come up with some lame excuse such as the one he used yesterday, "I'm not home". Would advise people to be really cautious when dealing with this guy as he is very sketchy.
