[Buying] WTB LoL acc with many skins - 100€ budget

Hi guys!

Just as the title says, Im in the market for a new LoL main account.

My budget is 100€, though all offers are welcome (from 50€ up to 150€, and we'll figure something out).

What I am looking for is an account with as many skins as possible. I do not need rare skins. The main thing I'm looking for, is how many champions there are with a skin - I rather have an account with 1 skin for each champion than an account with 400 skins and 50 champs with no skins.

Please post your offers below, or PM me. Please include the amount of skins, how many champions have skins, a list of skins and an approximate price you're looking to get for it (if you dont have any of these info its fine aswell, just let me know as much as possible and I'll figure everything else on my own)

I am in the market for accounts in ANY region, and I DONT CARE about what elo it is (dont plan on paying extra cause its a diamond account - Im perfectly fine with Bronze)
