[Buying] [WTB][EUW] Account with honor ribbon in the past

Looking for an account on EUW with the following requirements:

- Must have never been banned
- Must have never been chat restricted
- Not ranked
- Prefer inactivity for past 1 / 2 seasons or more
- Must have had a ribbon in the past

A ribbon was given to players with high honors. In the loading screen this was represented by one of these icons, see examples below.

I honestly don't care about the amount of skins, champs, runes etc., just cheap as possible.

Let me know if you have an account that meets the requirements and the price you are asking for it.
