Heya! Yes, it actually doesn't sound as bad, however, just to be sure, if we get to the point of them asking for ID verification, do you have the ID in question to prove your ownership? I won't need it or anything, but if it comes to that, you'll need to attach it to the ticket after we write it.

I do know a bit about the account still - but as it happened years ago, it could be rather difficult.

Worried about what... ? And no, not all, but some customers were kind enough to register an account here just to post the feedback. Not all of our customers are from EPvP alone.

And is it safe he will be unbaned?
How its work?
Or u will contact the support with this acc and "Try" to unban it?
And how long away can it be that my account was baned?
