I need:

Enough champs to play ranked.
Tf or enough IP to buy him.
3+ Runepages ( or enough IP)
if possible additional IP

If you have an empty account without champs i will need around 30k+

I don't need any Skins, but if you have some RP or TF skins it is still ok.
