[Buying] League acc lvl30 - champs (no skins needed)

Hi guys,

i am looking for a lvl30 EUW-account for my brother, since he is always using my account xD
max.25€ but that would be at least all champs, i dont NEED one, i want one

the cheaper the better.
i dont care about the elo or how many skins, nothing worth for me.

the more champs/runes, the better.

Maybe u know someone who stopped playing or have a 2nd/3rd...

i can also offer boosting to at least mid platin in return, i played to diamond 5 twice this season.
