If it helps any, yesterday at night one of my customers suggested the gift after game and although it appeared a skin to the champion that person was playing, it kept loading for ages for over 10minutes and gifting wasnt possible when I wanted to send him mistery champion.
Although it was gifting from an account not from mobile payment but I assume the same will happen.
