2 Unranked accounts on EUW
Hi, as the title says I'm looking for 2 unranked accounts on EUW.
The more champions it has, the better.
Skins are not a requirement, it's nice to have, but won't be paying extra.
Accounts have to be unverified.
Runes are a great additional thing to have, only tier 3 adds worth.
The more IP the better.
I can go first given that you're having 100+ TBM or I can spot by myself that you're trusted enough.
Payment would be through Paypal.

Spotting some nice ones so far, I'll probably wait till tomorrow and call out which ones will be bought. So far I'm liking the one of Highshop and Mythleeh's 2nd offer, to give a bit of an idea to the rest as to what I'm looking for.
