There was an error during initial purchase, but the account was replaced.
Will update once I log in and check it out this evening.
Purchased the Ultimate Tier.
Seller contacted me directly to resolve the issue, and I was immediately provided a replacement, and allowed to verify the account before I updated this post.
Will purchase again.

I bought the Ultimate Package for EUW.
The account information they sent me is invalid, I tried every region.
I just wrote them an E-Mail asking for valid account information.

FYI, when I spoke with the seller earlier, they said typical support response times are 24-48 hours.

So, I did not receive any answer from the support.
After that I did go into conflict in PayPal. Here, the support suddenly answered and sent PayPal proof that I received everything.
This still does not change that I have not received valid account information.
