GameStoreTeam : We have some RP crowded accounts. Those RP were won/bought earlier, so we decided to start such service.

GameStoreTeam : If you want to get skin/ward/icon, it appears to be cheaper using Gifting service than paying directly to Riot.

GameStoreTeam : It works via in-game friend gifting system, we add each other using game client, and after 24 hours We are able to gift You after payment.

Client: What do you mean "after 24 hours"?

GameStoreTeam : Riot rule states that friend can send in-game gift only after 24 hours being friends basically, there is no way to bypass that rule.
