Keep in mind that LAN is currently the only option for good ping in many areas of the US, and in high ELO 90%+ of the players are fluent in english, there are trolls everywhere and LAN is no more toxic than NA or EU so don't worry you will be able to have a lot of fun here and there is actually a good community of nice players above the lower divisions.

Unlock you full skill-set while playing at <60 ping, don't predict anymore skill-shots but sidestep them the way the are designed to be countered.
