He´s a Scammer!
I bought the Acc and send him the Money, after all went well i logged into the League Account and it was Ranked and Chat restricted wihout any further infos from him. He doesnt write Back on Skype and deleted me probably. I will inform Paypal now about his actions. Pls dont ever buy from him again!!
And if someone can help me pls let me know what to do best in this situation.
