I just climbed to diamond 1 within a few days and I'd like to sell my account duo financial issues.
The current rating is Diamond 1 and if you que up now you'll most likely play with LCS players since I meet them all the time.
There are over 110 champs on it, around 11 skins including some rare skins --> Judgement kayle, victorious elise, victorious Janna.
Around 6 rune pages and almost all ad / ap / tank runes.
