I got a level 30 account with 16 skins some ''rare'' Icons acceptable runes and Bronze 2 (can be used for smurfing.)

Runes + Icons + Skins + Elo

All I want for this account is a little boost is a boost from Gold 1 to Platin 5 (around 40 LP for not decaying this season).
It's 14 LP and gains around 18~22.
