The Account is currently on the Turkey Server and got a free transfer.
He has 44 available Champions and got 4 Skins.

At the moment the Account is in the Gold III Division with few Points.
His MMR is quite good, 26 LP each win, -11 per loss.
He does only have 2 Runepages but everything that is needed.
Every kind of AD/C Runes, and AP Carry Runes.
He also has 11 Icons.
