Hello, I am the guy who bought his duoQ service.
He is a trustworthy guy (check his topics for vouch: ).

He just needs an account on EUNE to complete my boost.
What this means for you: You will get a free boost from one division to the next
(from silver 1 to gold 5, or similar)
You only need to borrow your account to him for a few games.
