Dont trust this guy.

This guy guaranteed me to boost my account from D5 to D3 for 70. I told him my MMR is P1, and he said ok.
Then this guy loss 7 games and won 3 games on my account in two days, and he want me to give him 25$ more.

I said no I need the refund, he then never reply me and do not response to the case on Paypal

This guy is scamming me right now

Im sure this guys is a scammer, any one tell me how to report him and ban him on this site?

He loss more game than wins in guaranteed time on diamond boosting and asking more money on boosting.

He refused to refund money, he is a scammer. Buyer pay attention on him, I will post everyday in his thread and let buyers know it
