That's no secret anymore. The "methode" is to create a tournament. The winners will receive prizes sponsored by Riot. The only thing you need to do is to fake a tournament.
Stop making profit of this public method!

Actually i dont know why you spamm my tread an if you use fake tournament riot blocks your accounts dumb tztz idm i dont spamm your treads either so leave if not interessted.

I received vouch copy from him.
I read and reviewed method and i can say that it looks legit, and i think its easily doable.
I haven't tried it myself since it takes a bit of time[few weeks] and some effort to actually setup whole thing, but once you do that it should be pretty easy to get RP and skin.
