I don't think that this would be allowed. The other party has to pay for the service in order to be able to give feedback (legally at least), as far as I know.

Why not? There's no problem to do free eloboost if i decided to waste my time on it? instead want money as other people do, I just want TBM.
What's wrong there?
Don't understand. People wants money, I just TBM, and I do for free.

You can't boost free for TBM. Against the rules, you will get banned if you do so.
