Really good player, he never lost lanes and always try his best to carry the games. Chill guy, never flames, never troll, and has good attitude in the game.

That being said, his communication (with me) wasn't that good. We agreed on duo boost (from P4 to D4), and he literally ignored me for a couple of days on multiple occasions. I mean, I get people are busy and timing can be different. But still, he can be clear on this.
Also, we were playing a game or two per day on average (so for a boost from P4 to D4 that took forever).
Also he didn't manage to finish the boost, he boosted me from P4 to P1 (he was supposed to do it to D4). Until I hired someone else to finish the last couple of games (which they did).
The payment for the boost was done on the 8th of June, and up until 30th of July he didn't finish the order. That's am month and a half for a boost from P4 > D4.
P.S: gave him my account details so he can solo because I felt I was dragging him down, turns out he had the same results with or without me.

Nevertheless, he did a boost for me before that from Gold IV to Plat IV, and that went fine.

I wanted to say this because I had it on my chest for a long time.

To wrap it up, when it comes to his attitude and skills. I would say he got it.
When it comes to his communication skills and actually (carrying) games, I say he can do better (I am talking about the ELO that I was in, P4-D4).

I gave him an order 12 weeks ago for 2 divisions and he has not finished it yet. He barely communicates with me, usually does not answer my questions how long he still needs to get it done. He does multiple orders at the same time so that it takes very long.

In the past he always finished orders in one week and he always played well but this time I am disappointed. 6 weeks is way too long. My account is right now at the same LP where it started and my mmr got worse due to all the games played (ca. 55-60 games played during these 6 weeks).

I paid 50% in advance, he promised me to end the order for free multiple times but it does not get better. He also promised me multiple times a refund if he does not finish it within the next 2 days but never actually refunded.

I made good experiences with him in the past but this time it is really sad!

everything went really well, had not much time to play (only 4-8 hours per week) but we managed to climb 8 divisions in around 3 weeks, he played really well every game and never tilts
