[Buying] EUW Bronze Account

I want to buy a lvl 30 EUW account, which is in bronze tier right now.
It should have at least 20 champs and 1 rune page.
I will pay between 8 and 10 euros depending on what champs and runes it has.
I don't go first unless you are very trusted, if needed we can use a middleman.
PM pls, I can also add you on skype if you tell me to.

All accounts as far I know comes with 2 standard rune pages

I meant at least 1 properly filled rune page :s with standard ad or ap tier 3 runes, armor, magic resist etc...
